Financial Analysis Training That Actually Prepares You
We've spent years working with Australian businesses—from Brisbane startups to established firms across Queensland. Our program reflects what actually happens in real financial roles, not textbook theory.
Three Paths, One Goal
Starting September 2025, we're offering focused programs designed around actual job requirements. You pick the track that matches where you want to end up.
Core Analysis Track
Six months covering financial modeling, ratio analysis, and reporting standards. You'll work with real company data and learn the tools that analysts use daily—Excel, Power BI, and basic SQL.
Industry Specialist Path
Nine months diving deep into sector-specific analysis. Choose between property, retail, or resources. Each track includes mentorship from professionals currently working in that industry.
Corporate Finance Focus
Twelve months for those aiming at corporate roles. Covers M&A analysis, capital budgeting, and strategic planning. Includes case studies from Australian mid-market deals.
What You'll Actually Learn
Our curriculum changes based on feedback from recent graduates and hiring managers. Here's what we're teaching in 2025.

Financial Statement Deep Dive
Most entry-level roles require you to read and interpret financial statements quickly. We spend the first eight weeks making sure you can do this confidently with Australian companies.
- Reading annual reports from ASX-listed companies
- Spotting red flags in cash flow statements
- Understanding footnotes and audit opinions
- Comparing companies across different accounting standards
Who Teaches This Stuff
Our instructors work in finance during the day. They teach because they remember how confusing this field can be when you're starting out.

Callum Brendt
Senior Financial Analyst
Spent seven years at mid-sized investment firms in Brisbane. He handles the modeling modules and has a knack for explaining complex formulas in ways that stick.

Rhiannon Vesper
Corporate Finance Manager
Works with resource companies on capital allocation. She teaches the industry tracks and brings actual case studies from deals she's evaluated.

Dougal Kinsey
FP&A Director
Runs planning for a retail group. He covers forecasting and budgeting, plus the practical side of working with different departments.
How The Program Unfolds
Classes run Tuesday and Thursday evenings, with Saturday workshops twice a month. September 2025 intake opens for applications in May.
Foundation Phase (Weeks 1-8)
We start with financial statements and basic analysis. This is where everyone gets on the same page regardless of their background. You'll complete three analysis projects using real company data.
Technical Skills (Weeks 9-16)
Excel modeling, financial databases, and visualization tools. This section is hands-on—you build models from scratch and learn to troubleshoot when formulas break.
Applied Analysis (Weeks 17-24)
You'll work on a comprehensive project analyzing an Australian company or sector. Past students have covered everything from agricultural exporters to fintech startups. Final presentations happen in front of industry guests.
